1. 投稿须为原创研究成果，不得与已发表或正在其他期刊、会议审稿的稿件存在实质性重复。
2. 投稿内容应属于会议征稿主题范围，论文应具有明确的研究问题、技术方法、实验或分析结果及结论。
3. 论文应使用英文撰写，篇幅一般为4–8页，包括图表与参考文献。
4. 投稿文件可采用Microsoft Word或PDF格式，并严格按照会议论文模板排版。
5. 投稿可发送至会议邮箱或通过会议投稿系统提交。为避免重复投稿，请仅选择一种方式。
6. 录用稿件须在规定期限内完成注册，并根据审稿意见提交最终版本。
出版须知
所有投稿必须为原创、未发表且未同时提交至其他出版渠道的研究成果。
录用论文只有在作者按期完成注册、提交合格终稿并参加会议报告后，方可进入后续出版流程。
如发现抄袭、一稿多投、数据造假、署名争议或其他学术不端行为，组委会有权在评审、出版或出版后阶段撤回相关稿件。
会议论文集将提交相关数据库评审，数据库是否最终收录由检索机构独立决定。

每篇论文是否必须注册？
每篇录用终稿至少需要一名作者提前完成注册。
注册完成后多久可以收到确认？
组委会将在收到付款后的1—3个工作日内确认注册。
会议接收中文投稿吗？
不接受。所有论文应为英文。可以委托编辑翻译成英文，但需额外支付翻译及润色费用。
